Some are busy…and don't manage their time well.
Some people are lazy,
And some people just get high, off of buying stuff.
The bottom line…
Most people would prefer to simply have (whatever your thing does or solves)…
Done for them.
Note…at some time in the future,
There will be restaurants that have robots serving and feeding people.
So how does this relate to selling informercial products?
I'm glad you asked…
You're asking people to do something a little unnatural.
To buy into something….
Where they can't see the result.
You have to take time and explain the features and benefits of your product.
And how that will help go from wherever they are now…
To a better place in the future.
That's why sites selling infomercial products are longer than those selling physical products.
With the restaurant example….
Just some great photos with pretty models who make the restaurant look good…
Then slap in some reviews and boom!
That's the basics of selling a physical product.
Now sure…we could expand on that.
The point is…people already know what a restaurant is.
The thing is…
With infomercial products,
They're not sure how it's going to work.
Learning sounds like hard work.
And most people don't like work.
They'd rather not.
So if you really want to get good at selling…
You're going to have to cook up some persuasive copy.
What words are you going to use to turn visitors into buyers?
Words can also get buyers to implement and get results.
Maybe even turning them into repeat buyers.
So the next time you want to create something tasty for your prospects to eat…
